Keynote Speaker · Healthcare & MedTech Commercialization

The best product rarely wins. The best commercialized one does.

Craig T. Ingram has spent twenty-five years taking medical technology from clearance to adoption. He gives healthcare and MedTech audiences the commercial thinking, and the practical playbook, that turns innovation into revenue.

The impact I deliver

Audiences leave thinking differently, and working differently.

Not an hour of motivation that fades by Friday. A sharper way to see commercialization, the frameworks behind it, and something concrete to do next.

  1. Think differently

    About what commercialization actually is.

    • Clearance is the starting line, not the finish
    • Commercialization is an ecosystem, not a straight line
    • A sales problem is rarely only a sales problem
  2. Learn

    How products really get adopted.

    • The ten support beams every launch stands on
    • The five stages from awareness to retention
    • How hospital buyers and value committees decide
  3. Put into practice

    Before the next quarter starts.

    • Locate their own commercial constraint, in the room
    • A triage order for fixing gaps without blowing the budget
    • One operating rule the team can act on Monday
  1. Market Reality

    The 70% Club

Why great products lose, and what the survivors do differently.

    Audience
MedTech and HealthTech conferences, executive teams, investor summits
    Central message
Regulatory clearance is the starting line. Adoption is a separate race, and it is won on commercial strategy.
    Business relevance
Shortens the gap between clearance and revenue, and protects the runway it takes to get there.
    • Keynote: 45–60 min
    • Breakout: up to 90 min
    • Board session: 60 min
  2. Growth Strategy

    Breaking Into New Markets

The front door is locked. Somebody built a side entrance.

    Audience
Sales kickoffs, commercial leadership, growth-stage companies
    Central message
When the front door to a market is contracted shut, the winners find the uncommon way in.
    Business relevance
Opens accounts and markets that look closed, without simply adding headcount.
    • Keynote: 45–60 min
    • Workshop: up to 3 hours
    • Sales kickoff: half day
  3. Diagnosis

A Sales Problem Is Not Always a Sales Problem

Stop pushing the team harder. Go find the actual constraint.

    Audience
Leadership offsites, boards, cross-functional commercial teams
    Central message
Revenue stalls where the commercial system is weakest, and that is rarely the sales team.
    Business relevance
Points budget and effort at the real constraint instead of the loudest symptom.
    • Keynote: 45–60 min
    • Working session: 90 min
    • Leadership offsite: half day
  4. Founders

    Choosing Your Expert Partners

The MedTech Malta panel, as a full session.

    Audience
Accelerators, incubators, founder cohorts, investor days
    Central message
The right partners buy a startup time. The wrong ones quietly spend it.
    Business relevance
Helps founders choose and manage partners that accelerate commercialization rather than stall it.
    • Keynote: 45 min
    • Panel or fireside: any length
    • Accelerator cohort: 2 hours
Portrait of Craig T. Ingram

“I first heard Craig speak at a MedTech conference, speaking words which instantly resonated with me. […] He tells you what you need to hear, not what you may want to hear.”

Dr Stephen Smith Regulatory & Quality Consultant, FCQI, Fellow of TOPRA, Elevate MedTech

Why Craig?

He has done the thing he is talking about.

Craig T. Ingram, MBA, CBT, is co-founder of Int'l Commercialization Growth Partners. He speaks from inside the industry, not from a stage circuit.

  1. Background

Twenty-five years in medical technology, from the sales bag to the boardroom, with an MBA in International Management and a degree in Bioelectric Technology & Molecular Cell Physiology.

  2. Commercialization experience

Advising CEOs since 2007. Part of the commercial teams behind SurgRx, Patton Surgical and Microline Surgical, later acquired by J&J, Stryker Endoscopy and Hoya.

  3. Healthcare & MedTech knowledge

Devices, diagnostics, biotech and digital health. He knows how hospitals, IDNs and value analysis committees decide, because he has sold into all of them.

  4. A different perspective

He tells a room what it needs to hear, not what it wants to. No borrowed motivation: named companies, real launches, and the ones that did not work.
