  • What I stand for

“Uncommon people produce uncommon results.” Honest answers, real launches, no borrowed motivation.

  • Why it matters

About Craig

Twenty-five years on the commercial side of medicine.

Background
Craig T. Ingram, MBA, CBT, is co-founder of Int'l Commercialization Growth Partners. He holds an MBA in International Management, a BA in Marketing, and an AS in Bioelectric Technology & Molecular Cell Physiology.
Personal motivation
Getting lifesaving solutions into the hands of the facilities, providers and patients who need them most. Every stalled launch is a treatment that did not reach someone.
Industry experience
From Johnson & Johnson and Ethicon to the commercial teams behind SurgRx, Patton Surgical and Microline Surgical, all three later acquired. Advising MedTech CEOs since 2007.
The challenge he names
Products get sidelined by regulatory demands, production surprises, or messaging that never attracts the market. Success is not a straight line. It is an ecosystem, and audiences learn to manage it as one.

Three talks. Three questions every commercial team is asking.

  1. Why do great products lose? The 70% Club Why great products lose, and what the survivors do differently.
  2. How do you get in when the front door is locked? Breaking Into New Markets The front door is locked. Somebody built a side entrance.
  3. What is really stalling revenue? A Sales Problem Is Not Always a Sales Problem Stop pushing the team harder. Go find the actual constraint.

Corporate event speeches & interviews

What your audience can expect.

Three signature presentations, each rebuilt around your event from a pre-event call. Every one closes on something the room can use.

Market Reality

The 70% Club

Why great products lose, and what the survivors do differently.

Craig opens with the number nobody in the room wants to be part of. Using two decades of launches — the ones that worked and the ones that did not — he shows why the best technology in the category regularly loses to the second-best, and what the winners were doing while everyone else was building.

Who it is for

MedTech and HealthTech conferences, executive teams, investor summits

Practical takeaway

Shortens the gap between clearance and revenue, and protects the runway it takes to get there.

Learning outcomes

  • Why clearance and a strong product guarantee nothing
  • The warning signs a launch is drifting, six months before revenue shows it
  • What separates the companies that get acquired from the ones that run out of runway

Craig in action.

Stage footage, panels, podcasts and press, plus everything an event committee needs to say yes.

  • “I first heard Craig speak at a MedTech conference, speaking words which instantly resonated with me. His insights weren’t just words; they were hard-earned truths from someone who’s seen it all, from triumphs to pitfalls, across countless organizations. He tells you what you need to hear, not what you may want to hear, delivering astute advice backed by clear, logical professional reasoning.”

Dr Stephen Smith · Regulatory & Quality Consultant, FCQI, Fellow of TOPRA, Elevate MedTech
  • “Craig came to Vivify Health and had an immediate impact with his work ethic and enthusiasm. I was really impressed with his outside-the-box thinking. The best part was the effect his efforts had on his fellow sales people — the entire team started thinking and sharing new ideas. If you are looking to reenergize your team this guy would be a great person to bring in.”
